Beautiful spring weekend, sun was shinning almost the entire time and the friends, neighbors and interested energy comsumers just  kept coming all weekend long.

More that 150 people attended the Energy House Six open house Demonstration and Education showcase last month. “It was very clear from all the people that we spoke with that Arlington has done a great job educating its citizens about energy efficiency” commented Charley Juris of the Energy House staff.

People came from all over Arlington to view this one of a kind Green home that had been built by Andrew Moore of Arlington Desinger Homes as a spec house in this local community.

The property featured:

The Energy House teams up with a one of the area’s top Green Builders, Andrew Moore of Arlington Designer Homes and launches with an established Green builder in the Arlington community to present a new home showcase of energy efficient techniques and systems for our customers, friends, and followers of the Energy House.

Energy House founder, Charley Juris encourages everyone to visit their sixth showcase home. “You have to see this house to believe it. This is a classic example of a tremendous builder being able to not only build a very energy efficient and sustainable home but also to do it in such a way that when you are inside it is as homey as any property in the area.”
