In a job by the Energy House that initiated as a minor energy upgrade of an existing home, the Energy House was asked to take on the construction management of the family’s long desired new garage for the rear of their home.

Because of the design of SB Design Studios located also in Arlington, this 800 sf project evolved from a single story two bay garage structure to a two story two garage development. From an outstanding architectural design the family decided to expand the project to meet it’s much needed storage space needs and to provide potential expansion opportunities as their family matures. SB Design Studios did exactly that and created an outstanding new development for this property and family.

All the construction work on this project is being done by DSP Contactors, Marcelo Palma and his crew. This talented contractor will handle all aspects of the construction on this project and the Energy House team will work with DSP to oversee its progress on behalf of the homeowners.
